FACTORY 3 CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATIONS LESS THAN 14 DAYS FROM CLASS

• No refunds or transfers, regardless of the reason the student is unable to attend.

• WHY? Limited class sizes, administrative costs to manage cancellations and transfers, and instructor prep time.

LATE ARRIVALS

• If a student arrives more than 15 minutes late, they will not be admitted to the class.

• The instructor may make an exception, but it is at their discretion.

• No refunds for late arrivals.

• WHY? Our classes are structured and learning builds progressively, so a late arrival can disrupt the class.

CANCELLATIONS 14 DAYS OR MORE FROM CLASS

• Transfer to another date for the same class, if there is an open spot, or

• Full refund, minus the non-refundable Eventbrite fee, if applicable.
