Looking for your own space to create?
Studios of different sizes are available for a monthly license fee. All studios include a Full-Time Membership to Factory 3. This gives you access to our woodshop, metal shop, bicycle repair shop, conference room, and co-working space.
While studios are a dedicated space for your exclusive use, our open floor plan promotes collaboration and community, encouraging you to learn from other members, both informally and more formally through the classes we offer.
Full Time Membership and Private 5’x5’ Studio. Access every day from 6am-9pm and 25% off classes.
This is the initial deposit for membership and studio space. It’s fully refundable should you change your mind or decide to cancel your membership.
Going forward, the membership and studio fee will be $300/month.
