What if the alarm goes off?

If it’s a false alarm (not an emergency), swipe your key fob on the reader. This will usually deactivate the alarm and it will stop beeping.

If the alarm stops beeping, text (DO NOT CALL) Patrick. Once the alarm has been tripped, it will not arm until Patrick resets it. Please leave a note on the alarm panel so other members know this and, if you are LAST OUT, leave all the lights on.

If, after swiping your key fob, the alarm continues going off, call Patrick. If he doesn’t answer right away, call Ted.

How do I arm the alarm?

The alarm panel is located to the left of the front door. Hold down the ARM button on the panel for 60 seconds until it starts beeping continuously. Then, leave the building during that time.

The alarm won’t arm, what should I do?

Make sure both doors are closed. If either door is open, the alarm won’t arm.
